Self Care Smoke Blend - 2oz

This smoking blend was created with the intention to be used either alone, or with other herbs in a 2:1 ratio (tobacco/cannabis : herbal blend).

- Can also be burned over a charcoal tablet as loose incense.

Red Raspberry Leaf: contains ellagic acid, which has been shown to accelerate the removal of nicotine from the body; contains flavonoids, tannins, minerals, & vitamins C, E, & B, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, & potassium anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties: known to relieve menstrual cramps by relaxing blood vessels.

Passion Flower: commonly used to treat anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, & a variety of aches & pains; thought to have compounds that increase serotonin levels in the body.

Rose Buds: antioxidant; produces inner peace; acts as an aphrodisiac; promotes self-love; can ease depression.

Peppermint: improves blood circulation & relaxes the nerves: allows for easy breathing by clearing the lungs & respiratory passageways; rejuvenates the mind & body.

Catnip: promotes good, restful sleep by inducing the release of key neurotransmitters; aids in healthy digestion by relieving bloating, cramping, & constipation; gently warms & lulls the body for peaceful sleep.
